What is CVE-2000-0779?

A vulnerability in Checkpoint Firewall-1 arises when the RSH/REXEC setting is enabled, permitting remote attackers to bypass established access restrictions. By sending malformed connection requests, these attackers can gain unauthorized access to RSH/REXEC clients, compromising the security of network communications.
