What is CVE-2000-0809?
A buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the Getkey function within the protocol checker of the inter-module communication mechanism in Check Point VPN-1/FireWall-1 and earlier versions. This flaw can be exploited by remote attackers to execute code remotely and cause a denial of service, potentially leading to system instability and service interruptions.
