What is CVE-2001-0564?

The APC Web/SNMP Management Card before Firmware 310 is vulnerable to a denial of service attack due to its limited support for only one telnet connection. An attacker can exploit this flaw by executing multiple failed logon attempts, which leads to the temporary locking of the management card.
