What is CVE-2001-0649?

The vulnerability in Personal Web Sharing version 1.5.5 permits a remote attacker to trigger a denial of service condition. This is achieved by sending excessively long HTTP requests to the service, which can disrupt normal operations and render the web service unavailable.
