What is CVE-2001-0751?

Cisco switches and routers running CBOS version 2.3.8 and earlier utilize predictable TCP Initial Sequence Numbers (ISNs). This predictability can be exploited by remote attackers, enabling them to spoof or hijack TCP connections, ultimately compromising the integrity and security of communications over the network.
