What is CVE-2001-1194?

The Zyxel Prestige 681 and 1600 SDSL Routers are susceptible to denial of service attacks when remote attackers send malformed packets. This may occur in instances where the IP length is less than the actual packet size or when fragmented packets exceed 64 kilobytes after reassembly. Exploiting this vulnerability can disrupt network services, leading to significant downtime for affected devices.
