What is CVE-2002-0168?
A vulnerability in Imlib, prior to version 1.9.13, allows attackers to exploit the handling of memory allocation functions, namely malloc. This exploitation can lead to heap corruption, potentially leading to a denial of service (system crash) and may result in arbitrary code execution. Such vulnerabilities pose significant risks to the integrity and stability of systems relying on affected versions of Imlib.
