What is CVE-2002-0952?

The vulnerability in the Cisco ONS15454 optical transport platform allows remote attackers to exploit the Timing Control Card (TCC) LAN interface. By sending IP packets with non-zero Type of Service (TOS) bits, an attacker can trigger a reset of the device, potentially disrupting network services and leading to significant operational challenges.
