The mod_ssl module in the HTTP Server for HP-UX 11.04, particularly when running on Virtualvault OS (VVOS) versions 4.5 and 4.6, is susceptible to a denial of service issue. This occurs when the Apache server times out while processing an SSL request, resulting in the server forcibly closing the connection.
