What is CVE-2002-1905?

A buffer overflow vulnerability in the web server component of Polycom ViaVideo versions 2.2 and 3.0 enables remote attackers to execute a denial of service attack through the transmission of specially crafted long HTTP GET requests. This issue results in the potential crashing of the web server, leaving the device unresponsive and accessible to users.
