What is CVE-2003-0905?

A vulnerability exists in Microsoft Windows Media Services 4.1, specifically within the Windows Media Station Service and Windows Media Monitor Service components. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute a denial of service by sending a specific sequence of TCP/IP packets, which prevents new connections from being established. As a result, legitimate users may be unable to access media services, disrupting normal operations.
