What is CVE-2003-0982?
A buffer overflow exists in the authentication module of Cisco ACNS versions 4.x prior to 4.2.11 and 5.x prior to 5.0.5. This vulnerability could enable remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by sending a specially crafted long password during the authentication process. Exploiting this flaw allows unauthorized access and may lead to compromised systems.
