What is CVE-2003-1135?

A buffer overflow vulnerability exists in Yahoo! Messenger 5.6, which enables remote attackers to disrupt service by sending a file send request containing an excessive number of '%' (percent) characters following the Yahoo ID. This could lead to the application crashing, causing a denial of service for legitimate users.
