What is CVE-2003-1319?

Multiple buffer overflow vulnerabilities exist in SmartFTP, specifically in version 1.0.973 and earlier releases. Attackers can exploit these vulnerabilities by sending overly long responses to the PWD command or by providing lengthy output during the execution of a file LIST command. Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities can allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on the affected system, potentially compromising the integrity and security of the user’s data.
