What is CVE-2003-1342?

The Trend Micro Virus Control System (TVCS) version 1.8 running on IIS is susceptible to a denial of service attack. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to exhaust memory resources by sending multiple URL requests for the ActiveSupport.exe component.
