What is CVE-2004-2005?
A buffer overflow vulnerability exists in Eudora for Windows versions 5.2.1, 6.0.3, and 6.1, allowing remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. This can be triggered through specially crafted emails, either containing links with excessively long URLs pointing to the C drive or attachments with extremely long names. If exploited, this vulnerability could lead to unauthorized access and control over the affected system.
