What is CVE-2005-0838?

Multiple buffer overflow issues exist in the XSL parser of IceCast version 2.20. Attackers can exploit these vulnerabilities by providing long inputs in specific tags such as xsl:when, xsl:if, and xsl:value-of. Successful exploitation may result in a denial of service and could potentially allow malicious users to execute arbitrary code on the affected server.
