What is CVE-2005-10004?

Cacti versions prior to 0.8.6-d are vulnerable to a remote command execution flaw in the graph_view.php script. This vulnerability allows an authenticated user to inject arbitrary shell commands through the graph_start GET parameter, which is inadequately processed during graph rendering. As a result, an attacker may execute commands on the server with the same privileges as the web server process, risking potential system integrity breaches. Users are advised to update to the latest version to mitigate this security threat.

Affected Version(s)

Cacti * < 0.8.6-d

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)
