What is CVE-2005-1484?
A directory traversal vulnerability exists in Golden FTP Server Pro 2.52, which allows remote attackers to exploit the server by crafting requests containing a combination of a backward slash and dot dot ('..') along with a leading double quote ('"') in the GET command. This could enable unauthorized individuals to gain access to arbitrary files on the server, potentially exposing sensitive information and compromising the integrity of the system.
