The LCF component (lcfd) in IBM Tivoli Management Framework Endpoint is susceptible to a Denial of Service attack. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by establishing a connection to the LCF service and terminating the connection without transmitting any data, leading to process crashes and connection loss. This flaw could disrupt service availability and impacts system reliability, leaving the service vulnerable to potential exploitation.
