Currently unrated
What is CVE-2006-0321?
Fetchmail versions 6.3.0 and earlier allow remote attackers to trigger a denial of service through specially crafted email messages. When fetchmail attempts to bounce these messages back to the sender or local postmaster, it can free an invalid pointer, leading to application crashes. This vulnerability may disrupt email operations and render affected systems temporarily inoperable. Users should ensure they update to fetchmail 6.3.2 or later to mitigate this risk.
