What is CVE-2006-0925?

A format string vulnerability in the IMAP4rev1 server of Alt-N MDaemon versions 8.1.1 and potentially 8.1.4 can be exploited by remote attackers. By creating folders with names that include format string specifiers, attackers may induce CPU consumption that leads to a denial of service, disrupting the availability of the email services.
