What is CVE-2006-1067?

Linksys WRT54G routers, specifically version 5 running on the VXWorks operating system, are susceptible to a denial of service attack. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to disrupt IRC connections by sending specially crafted DCC SEND messages. The issue is linked to the NAT code handling and can be exploited using a DCC SEND with one long argument or by providing IP, port, and zero filesize, leading to connection resets and impacts on network communication.
