What is CVE-2006-1791?

A directory traversal vulnerability in acc.php of QuickBlogger 1.4 allows remote attackers to manipulate the request parameter, enabling them to read or include arbitrary local files. This vulnerability can additionally lead to cross-site scripting (XSS) if the potentially included files do not execute as expected. Proper validation of user input and securing file access are vital to mitigate risks associated with this vulnerability.
