What is CVE-2006-2151?

A PHP remote file inclusion vulnerability exists in the toplist.php script of phpBB TopList versions 1.3.8 and earlier, particularly when the register_globals setting is enabled. This flaw allows an attacker to exploit the phpbb_root_path parameter to include arbitrary files on the server. Proper input validation and configuration of server settings are essential to mitigate the risks associated with this vulnerability.
