What is CVE-2006-2829?

A buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the TIBCO Hawk Monitoring Agent (HMA) versions prior to 4.6.1 and the TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) versions prior to 5.4. This vulnerability allows authenticated users to manipulate the configuration for tibhawkhma, potentially enabling them to execute arbitrary code.
