What is CVE-2006-2839?

A directory traversal vulnerability exists in the PG Problem Editor module (PGProblemEditor.pm) of the WeBWorK Online Homework Delivery System version 2.2.0 and earlier. This flaw permits remote attackers to gain unauthorized access to files outside the intended templates directory, potentially compromising sensitive information and allowing malicious file manipulation.
