What is CVE-2006-3885?

A vulnerability in Check Point Firewall-1 R55W prior to HFA03 allows remote attackers to exploit directory traversal techniques. By sending crafted requests with encoded directory traversal sequences ('..'), attackers can potentially access sensitive files stored on the system. This exploitation occurs over TCP port 18264, posing serious risks to the confidentiality and integrity of the system’s file structure.
