What is CVE-2006-4648?

The BinGo News application, specifically version 3.01 and earlier, contains a PHP remote file inclusion vulnerability within the bp_ncom.php file. This flaw enables remote attackers to inject a malicious URL through the bnrep parameter, which can lead to the execution of arbitrary PHP code on the affected server.
