What is CVE-2006-5456?

GraphicsMagick and ImageMagick exhibit multiple buffer overflow vulnerabilities, which can be exploited by user-assisted attackers through specially crafted DCM and PALM image files. These vulnerabilities can lead to potential denial of service and may allow the execution of arbitrary code.
