What is CVE-2006-5545?

The Premium Antispam feature in Symantec Mail Security for Domino Server versions 5.1.x prior to 5.1.2.28 fails to adequately filter certain SMTP address formats. This flaw allows remote attackers to manipulate the system, potentially using it as a spam relay, which can lead to unauthorized email transmission and abuse of the server's resources.
