XLineSoft PHPRunner 3.1 has a security flaw where sensitive information, including database server names, usernames, and passwords, is stored in plaintext in the configuration file located at %WINDIR%\PHPRunner.ini. This vulnerability allows local users to read the file and easily obtain critical database access credentials, posing a significant risk to system integrity and data confidentiality.
