What is CVE-2006-6154?

The HIOX Star Rating System Script (HSRS) version 1.0 and earlier contains a vulnerability in the addcode.php file that allows remote attackers to include arbitrary PHP files using a URL provided in the 'hm' parameter. This can lead to remote code execution on the server hosting the vulnerable script. Proper validation and sanitization of input parameters are essential to mitigate such risks.
