The Cisco Firewall Services Module (FWSM) 3.x prior to version 3.1(3.3) is susceptible to a denial of service vulnerability. When configured to log at the 'debug' level, it can be exploited by remote attackers sending non-standard packets, which activates an unintended reboot of the device during Syslog message generation. This vulnerability may impact the availability of network services and requires prompt attention to ensure continued operational integrity.
