What is CVE-2007-2676?

The Open Translation Engine (OTE) 0.7.8 contains a PHP remote file inclusion vulnerability in the skins/header.php file. This flaw allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code by manipulating the ote_home parameter with a specially crafted URL. If exploited, this vulnerability could potentially compromise the integrity and availability of the application, allowing unauthorized access and control over the affected system.
