What is CVE-2007-4273?

A vulnerability in IBM's DB2 UDB allows local users to exploit a format string vulnerability, resulting in the ability to create arbitrary directories and execute arbitrary code. The attack is facilitated by a specially crafted localized message file, which impacts the db2licd and db2licm components using the OSSEMEMDBG or TRC_LOG_FILE environment variables.
