What is CVE-2007-4601?
A regression error in specific versions of tcp-wrappers can potentially allow remote attackers to circumvent access controls. This occurs particularly when the service employs libwrap for access management but fails to properly define server connection parameters. As a result, an attacker may gain unauthorized access, posing a significant security risk.
