What is CVE-2007-5245?

The Firebird relational database is susceptible to multiple stack-based buffer overflow vulnerabilities. Remote attackers can exploit these flaws by sending crafted long service attach requests via TCP port 3050 to the SVC_attach function, or by utilizing unspecified vectors that involve the INET_connect function.
