What is CVE-2008-0619?
A buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the Nero Media Player (versions 1.4.0.35 and earlier), allowing remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or trigger a persistent denial of service by sending a specially crafted .M3U file. By providing a long URI in the .M3U file, an attacker can exploit this vulnerability, potentially compromising the system running the affected software.
