What is CVE-2008-0727?
The oninit.exe component of IBM Informix Dynamic Server (IDS) versions 7.x through 11.x contains multiple buffer overflow vulnerabilities. These flaws can be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by supplying excessively long passwords, as well as by authenticated users through an overly lengthy DBPATH value.
