What is CVE-2008-1322?
The File Check Utility (fcheck.exe) in ASG-Sentry Network Manager prior to version 7.0.0 is susceptible to a denial of service condition. Remote attackers can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted query strings that include the -b option. This can result in excessive CPU consumption or potentially lead to arbitrary file overwrites, undermining system stability and integrity.
