What is CVE-2008-1706?

An uncontrolled array index vulnerability in IBM solidDB versions 06.00.1018 and earlier can be exploited by remote attackers to induce a denial of service. This attack is executed through the manipulation of a sizable value in a specific 32-bit field, which can result in a crash of the daemon, thereby disrupting service availability.
