What is CVE-2008-5309?

An SQL injection vulnerability exists in the NetArt Media Real Estate Portal version 1.2, enabling remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL statements. This is achieved via manipulation of the ad_id parameter within the re_send_email module accessed through index.php. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized access to the database, allowing attackers to extract sensitive information, modify data, or perform administrative operations potentially compromising the security of the application.
