What is CVE-2008-6775?

A vulnerability exists in the HTC Touch Pro and HTC Touch Cruise devices, where remote attackers can exploit an issue related to the processing of vCard files. By sending a large volume of vCards to UDP port 9204, an attacker can cause significant strain on system resources, potentially leading to denial of service. This results in excessive CPU usage, increased SMS consumption, and loss of network connectivity, adversely affecting the functionality and usability of the affected devices.
