Summary

A static code injection vulnerability exists in the setup.php file of phpMyAdmin which could allow remote attackers to inject malicious PHP code into the configuration file during the save action. This issue affects versions prior to 2.11.9.5 and 3.1.3.1, and can lead to unauthorized execution of arbitrary PHP code, posing significant security risks to affected installations.
