What is CVE-2009-20001?

A vulnerability present in MantisBT versions prior to 2.24.5 exposes users to potential unauthorized access. This issue arises from the failure to reset user-specific cookie strings upon logout. As a result, if an attacker were to acquire a valid user cookie, they could exploit this flaw to re-establish a user session without permissions, compromising user security and confidentiality.
