What is CVE-2009-3219?

A directory traversal vulnerability exists in AR Web Content Manager (AWCM) 2.1 when the magic_quotes_gpc feature is disabled. This flaw permits remote attackers to manipulate the 'a' parameter to traverse directories and potentially include and execute arbitrary local files on the server.
