An SQL injection vulnerability exists in the login functionality of NetArt Media's Real Estate Portal 2.0. This flaw allows remote attackers to manipulate the database by injecting malicious SQL commands via the Email parameter, which is erroneously treated as a username. Such an exploitation could lead to unauthorized access and extraction of sensitive data.
