A stack-based buffer overflow exists in the _OVParseLLA function of ov.dll within Network Monitor of HP OpenView Network Node Manager versions 7.01, 7.51, and 7.53. This vulnerability may allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by manipulating the 'sel' parameter, potentially compromising system integrity and control.
