What is CVE-2010-1565?

A vulnerability exists in the SIP implementation of the Cisco PGW 2200 Softswitch, allowing remote attackers to induce a denial of service condition. This can occur through unknown vectors, resulting in TCP socket exhaustion, which disrupts normal service operations and could render the system unresponsive or significantly degraded.
